Our brand is growing and we are now looking for a Production & Supply Chain Lead who enjoys being close to the product and takes pride in making things work in practice. You thrive on responsibility, are hands-on, solution-oriented, and value collaboration, trust, and respect.

What you will do

• Take ownership of the end-to-end production and supply chain process, from design decisions to finished product, with focus on cost, margin, and delivery performance.

• Work closely and manage supplier and factory relations through continuous communication, follow-up and occasional on-site visits.

• Plan and coordinate materials, procurement, purchase orders, and production schedules across multiple collections to ensure timely delivery.

•  Perform production and material costing, supporting accurate pricing, margin control, and budget management.

• Coordinate logistics and take end-to-end responsibility for transport of materials and collections to ensure smooth, timely deliveries across our retail and e-commerce channels.

• Ensure transparency, quality, and traceability across the supply chain, including documentation and reporting.

• Drive responsible sourcing and sustainability initiatives, including certification processes and reporting.

• Address operational and financial challenges as they arise in a fast-paced environment

Your experience

• Experience from supply chain, operations, planning, finance, or other commercial roles in product-based businesses; background from fashion, premium goods, or manufacturing is an advantage, but not required.

•  Strong understanding of cost drivers, margins, and planning in a product and supply chain context. 

• Experience with costing, budgeting, forecasting, and operational follow-up.

•  Ability to work effectively with suppliers and external partners, including commercial discussions and follow-up.

• Interest in or exposure to sustainability, responsible sourcing, or compliance-related topics is a plus.

• Confident Excel user, with experience from ERP or business systems; familiarity with production or sustainability tools is an advantage, but not a requirement.

• Fluent in English
