Skilled production worker for pelagic fish industry, with experience to operate VMK filet machines. Understand and operate the Optimar production lines for round pack of pelagic fish.

Be familiar with the quality requirements for the fish/food production.

Be familiar with safety regime and HSE requirements for the industry. Received training in hygienic standards for the industry.
