As a chef at Melbu Hotell, you will work in a small, close-knit kitchen team where independence, responsibility, and teamwork are equally important. You will be involved in the full kitchen operation -- from planning and preparation to service and execution.
Key Responsibilities

Planning, preparing, and executing food service from start to finish

Preparing and serving 3-course dinners for groups (up to approx. 100 guests during peak season)

Working with a seasonal summer menu for individual guests

Using local, traditional, and eco-friendly ingredients whenever possible

Maintaining high standards of food quality, hygiene, and sustainability
