Your Key Responsibilities
In this new and central role, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of our service contracts across the Nordic region. You will manage everything from pricing and creation in SAP and Oneview to renewal and profitability analysis. Your work is crucial for supporting our sales team, driving process automation, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through efficient and effective contract management.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Manage the Contract Lifecycle: Take full ownership of creating, maintaining, and renewing all service contracts in our SAP and Oneview systems, with a key focus on centralizing and automating renewal processes.
- Support Sales & Pricing: Collaborate with service managers to determine contract pricing and actively support the sales team with quotations and strategic insights for their sales processes.
- Oversee Service Execution: Manage the follow-up of all work orders related to contracts, track their completion, and ensure all necessary service checklists are obtained and updated to guarantee service quality.
- Drive Profitability & Analysis: Generate and analyze reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and calculate the profitability of service contracts, providing key insights to relevant profit centers.
- Optimize Customer Communication: Streamline and digitalize communication with customers regarding all aspects of their service contracts, including providing reports on maintenance completion.
Your Profile
You are a highly organized and commercially-minded professional with a strong understanding of contract management and financial principles. You excel at managing complex processes, are system-savvy (especially with SAP and CRM), and possess excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with both sales teams and customers.
Essential Requirements:

A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.

2+ years of experience in service contract management, finance controlling, or a highly relevant administrative role.

Strong understanding of contract management principles and financial controlling.

Proficiency in using ERP systems (e..g., SAP) and CRM systems (e.g., Oneview).

Excellent organizational, administrative, and communication skills.

A self-driven and independent work ethic, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team.

Professional fluency in English.
Desirable Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.

Experience working in a multinational or cross-functional project environment.

Fluency in at least one Nordic language is preferred.
