About the Role

We have a range of exciting projects and are looking for a Senior Project Manager who enjoys working across the entire value chain—from participating in sales and customer processes, leading internal and external development and delivery projects, to ensuring a smooth handover to Operations.

Who We’re Looking For

You are a forward-thinking and proactive project manager with experience in managing IT-related customer projects, ideally on an international scale. You thrive on collaboration, know how to build strong project teams, and create an environment that fosters progress and trust. You understand customer needs, actively engage in meetings, and ensure expectations are aligned and predictable for all parties.

You believe that clear communication and staying ahead with information builds trust. You apply solid project methodology, identify risks early, and maintain ongoing reporting to keep everything under control.

Responsibilities

• Lead key projects within our delivery and development unit

• Collaborate closely with colleagues across sales, product teams, development, testing, and operations

• Influence outcomes and create great results with significant autonomy

• Work on SaaS services in both large and smaller projects

Qualifications

• Higher education, preferably in technology or economics

• Proven experience in project management

• Familiarity with methodologies such as PRINCE2 or PMP

• Experience in delivery situations and navigating large international organizations

• Background in banking and finance systems is a plus

• Strong communication skills in Norwegian and English (additional languages like German, French, or Spanish are an advantage)
