We’re looking for a Video & Creative Specialist who combines marketing know-how with hands-on video and design skills and a proven expertise in AI tools. You’ll craft visuals and motion, from short-form videos to ad creatives, all through an AI-first lens.

You should be an enthusiastic experimenter, constantly finding smart and innovative ways to leverage AI in your work. Your role

As an AI-first specialist, you’ll create impactful, short-form videos and design assets that feel fresh, on-brand, and easy to repurpose, with AI at the core of your workflow, driving conversions and engagement.  You’ll partner with Performance Marketing and Social Media to translate ideas into scroll-stopping stories.

Your responsibilities include

• Producing creatives (AI video + static) for Google/Microsoft Performance Max and other channels with a strong sense of craft and brand consistency.

• Editing short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts with effective hooks and captions, and a clear focus on driving user action and conversion.

• Designing supporting visuals for digital marketing: banners, thumbnails, Pinterest images, and landing visuals within brand guidelines.

• Building an AI template library (video and static) so the marketing team can self-serve: prompts, styles, motion presets, typography and layout systems.

• Maintaining an organized creative asset library with tagged, reusable templates and images.

• Collaborating with Social Media on concepts and a healthy pipeline of new AI-driven formats and variations.

• Sharing creative learnings and style guidance so the whole team levels up.

Who you are

• AI-first creator and marketing specialist:. Hands-on with modern AI tools for video and image, you move from prompt to publishable assets quickly. You understand the nuances of creating compelling, concise creative content that achieves marketing objectives.

• Designer + editor in one. Strong visual taste, typography and layout skills, plus comfort cutting, captioning, and making short-form video, with a keen eye for how AI enhances these processes.

• Collaborative and positive. You have a “can-do attitude” and love working closely with colleagues. 

• Tools you might use: Sora, VEO3, Adobe CC or Figma/Canva; CapCut, DaVinci Resolve or Premiere; Runway, Pika or similar.
