Duties and responsibilities

• Execute procurement activities according to prevailing regulations, policies, plans and agreements.
  
• Search for- and evaluate alternative suppliers of Prefabrication and materials.
  
• Process purchase requisitions released and authorized from engineering.
  
• Prepare RFQs based on ISO drawings and perform tender evaluation and negotiation.
  
• Issue Purchase Orders and ensure timely delivery.
  
• Be the single point of contact for prefabrication with suppliers.
  
• Close cooperation with Procurement Manager, PRE, QHSE, cost control and other internal stakeholders.
  
• Follow up procurement reporting and ensure a clear formal audit trail.
  
• Coordinate supplier quality surveillance.
  
• Ensure timely delivery of all documentation.
  
• Process VORs from suppliers, controlling risk, interface, budget, reporting and approvals.
  
• Handle other tasks as relevant and as delegated by Project managers and Project procurement managers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or master's degree in relevant subjects is preferred, but relevant experience may compensate for lack of education.
  
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience required.
  
• Experienced user level Microsoft Office and Power BI (Excel skills in particular) is a plus.
