We are seeking a Senior Project Engineer to join our client project delivery team in Fredrikstad, Oslo, or Porsgrunn. You will play a key role in delivering digital solutions for industrial data collection, processing, and visualization across the energy sector—including renewables and oil & gas. This is a leadership-oriented role where you will manage projects, engage directly with clients, and guide technical implementations based on our Industry Data Gateway and PowerView platforms.

• Lead and manage client-facing projects from initiation to delivery.

• Configure and deploy industrial data systems, including SCADA and cloud-integrated solutions.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Norway and internationally (e.g., Karachi).

• Ensure quality through internal and external testing, validation, and documentation.

• Provide training and support to clients on deployed systems.

• Contribute to continuous improvement of delivery frameworks and technical standards.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.

• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in project-based roles.

• Fluent in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken.

• Proven ability to lead teams and projects in industrial IT environments.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Comfortable working directly with clients and stakeholders.

• Experience with industrial data systems: data collection, modeling, storage, and cloud transmission.

• Familiarity with SCADA platforms (e.g., Wonderware, WinCC, Ignition).

• Knowledge of industrial communication protocols: OPC (UA/DA), Modbus, IEC 61850.

• Understanding of OT/IT network layers, cybersecurity, and system integration.

• Ability to configure systems using standard software modules.

• Scripting or coding knowledge (e.g., Python, C#) is a plus, not a requirement.

• Experience in renewable energy and/or oil & gas environments is highly valued.
