Production Engineer

As a Graduate Production Engineer, you'll be providing technical expertise in production engineering across all phases of service delivery and ensure smooth execution of technical support, customer training, and consultancy while promoting cutting-edge technology and services. You’ll work closely with customers, internal teams, and external stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions that meet the highest standards.

Success in this role depends on strong technical knowledge, communication, and problem-solving skills. You’ll collaborate across departments, serve as a trusted advisor to customers, and contribute to the testing development of new technologies. Your Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support in production engineering throughout the sales and product/service delivery process.

• Deliver domain and software training and to customers

• Engage in pre-sales demonstrations at client sites.

• Testing new technology and software products, evaluating performance, and ensuring relevance to customer workflows.

• Conduct technical studies for both internal and external customers.

• Promote and support new technologies and services while contributing to business development.

• Comply with applicable company policies, including Quality System and Health, Safety, and Environment standards.

We work with various technologies covering:

• Digital production assurance with OptiFlow

• Facility, equipment, and pipeline solutions with OptiSite

• Production surveillance with analytical forecasting in OFM

• Dynamic Multiphase flow simulation with OLGA

• Digital platforms and solutions Lumi data and AI platform and Cognite Data Fusion®

  Who Are We Looking For,

  Minimum Qualifications

  • MSc in Petroleum Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related Oil & Gas field.

  • High academic achievement.

  Skills and Experience:

  • Strong technical expertise in production engineering.

  • Ability to deliver training and consultancy to customers.

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Ability to work effectively with international clients and cross-functional teams.
