Do you want to lead the international growth journey of a Norwegian Skincare Brand?
Cosmedica is seeking a visionary and hands on CEO to drive the international expansion of our skincare brand, Face Formula. We are looking for someone with international experience in skincare or beauty, who is passionate about creating commercial growth, brand building, and world class operational execution.
About Face Formula and Cosmedica
Face Formula (formerly Elixir Cosmeceuticals) is built on nearly 20 years of expertise, developed by a strong professional community of dermatologists, biochemists, and experienced skin therapists. With proven efficacy, high quality, and the trust of more than 325 clinics across Scandinavia, we have established a strong position within results-driven skincare.
We are positioned in the premium segment with high customer loyalty. Today, around 70% of sales come through professional skin clinics, supported by a growing B2C channel and the Face Formula Academy, which educates and certifies professionals. With a recent rebrand, solid profitability, and strong owners backing us, we are now gearing up for targeted expansion into selected European markets.
Your role as CEOAs our CEO, you will be the driving force behind our next growth chapter. You will:
Lead international expansion – focusing on Scandinavia and selected new European markets
Develop and execute a growth strategy that combines speed with precision
Strengthen the brand through clear positioning and smart distribution strategies
Optimize sales, product flow, and partnerships for scalable growth
Build a high-performance culture where speed, engagement, and quality are at the core
We are looking for someone who
Has international experience in beauty/skincare with a track record of delivering commercial results
Is hands-on – equally comfortable in the boardroom and in day-to-day operations
Brings energy, grit, and passion – you make things happen and inspire others to follow
Is a clear, empathetic leader who builds strong relationships and brings out the best in people
Thinks strategically, yet has the drive and ability to turn plans into concrete action and results
You will take on full CEO responsibility for a Norwegian premium brand with global potential
You will be at the forefront of an industry defined by innovation and strong emotional brands
You will work closely with a passionate team and solid owners – and set the direction for our international growth
Our offices are located in Oslo and Stockholm. The role requires travel, and we are open to considering candidates based elsewhere in Europe.
