Own the Project and Lead the Journey as Project Manager at SLB

As our new Project Manager, you'll take full ownership of projects from kickoff to final delivery. Your mission? Ensure everything runs smoothly, stays on track, and meets all contract requirements on time and within budget. You’ll define clear goals, align cross-functional teams, and make sure everyone understands what success looks like. You’ll manage contracts, handle scope changes, and proactively identify and mitigate risks all while keeping stakeholders informed and engaged every step of the way. 

Success in this role depends on strong leadership and communication. You’ll collaborate across departments and serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, so the ability to communicate clearly, confidently, and professionally is essential. We’re looking for someone who thrives under pressure, stays organized, and tackles challenges with a solution-oriented mindset. Meet our Team 

You’ll be joining SLB’s expert group for separation technology, our go-to team for all separation packages. We work directly with external clients and support internal SLB projects. We’re a tight-knit, diverse team of professionals who handle everything in-house and take pride in our social and collaborative spirit.

Your Key Responsibilities 

• Plan, organize and maintain projects from start to finish. 

• Order services and products from subcontractors, so the team has what it needs when it needs it 

• Work closely with Project and Engineering teams to keep everyone aligned 

• Look for smarter ways to work, helping the team improve how we run projects and stay efficient 

• Stay in close contact with the client, acting as their main point of communication throughout the project 

• Run project meetings with the internal team and clients 

• Follow up with key suppliers and partners, make sure everything is delivered on time and to the highest standard 

Who Are We Looking For 

• Minimum of a BSc in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical, Materials, Process, or Fabrication

• Around 5–10 years of experience in project coordination or execution. Energy sector experience is a plus!  

• Skilled at working with international clients, suppliers, and cross-functional teams 

• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills 

• Pays close attention to details and manages multiple tasks effectively 

• A proactive problem solver focused on delivering results 

• Works well in fast-paced environments and is ready to act when needed
