You will lead and shape our organization in Norway, building a vibrant community that connects leaders, entrepreneurs, creatives, and change-makers to spark collaboration and drive social impact.

To succeed in this role, you should not only be a strategic operator but also a cultural curator who can help define and elevate our identity — ensuring we remain both relevant and aspirational for current and future generations.

As CEO, your job is to expand this unique ecosystem. You will represent the club, grow its membership, strengthen its cultural and strategic direction, and lead a passionate team. You must balance honoring the owners’ and board’s vision while contributing your own — helping shape The Conduit Oslo into a bold, socially aware, and internationally relevant community.

We envision a club that speaks to a younger, dynamic crowd as well — people doing interesting things across industries, such as filmmaking, design, hospitality, tech, and music. If you have access to such networks, and know how to appeal to diverse talents through identity, programming, and storytelling — that’s a major plus.

Your key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a compelling long-term vision and strategy for The Conduit Oslo.

• Strengthen the club’s identity and concept to attract a broader membership across industries, age groups, and demographics.

• Build strategic partnerships across sustainability, culture, academia, business, and civil society.

• Champion an inclusive, diverse, and future-focused brand identity — both visually and conceptually.

• Drive member engagement and community growth.

• Lead and develop a high-performing, engaged team with an innovation mindset.

• Oversee robust financial management and operational excellence.

• Represent The Conduit Oslo in relevant networks, media, and public forums.

• Develop and deliver impact programs with measurable social and environmental value.

Who we’re looking for

• Someone with serious and demonstrable experience leading a successful international members club or similar lifestyle/hospitality concept with high cultural value.

• A strong communicator with a compelling vision for growing a global, socially conscious community.

• Proven leadership experience.

• Deep knowledge of and passion for impact, sustainability, and innovation.

• A rich network across relevant industries — ideally both locally and globally.

• Entrepreneurial mindset with operational and strategic acumen.

• Fluent in English and Norwegian (or with a clear plan to become so).
