Customer Support Manager, Retrofit & Service

With an increasing portfolio of sailing vessels, it is necessary to strengthen Vard Electro within various areas.

We are searching for a Customer Support Manager for our Aftermarket Department in Business Unit Retrofit & Service.

Applications will be consideredcontinuously.

Duties and responsibilities

• Close follow-up of existing customers and delivered vessels
• Responsible for own customer portfolio and act as customer escalation point (Point of contact)
• Commercially responsible for Service Agreements globally
• Strengthen Vard Electro as a professional service provider
• Responsible for sales of planned maintenance per product and service in general
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor or vocational school in Electrical Power and / or Automation. Relevant work experience may compensate for missing education
• Technical background is an advantage
• Sales experience preferably from Service and Aftermarket in maritime business
  
• Experience with ERP system like IFS / SAP and CRM, Dynamics 365 is an advantage
