We are now looking for enthusiastic, skilled and skilled Restaurant Chefs who will help put the hotel's restaurant on the map in Sola. You will work in a team reporting to the Executive Chef. You have experience from a restaurant kitchen, and you are passionate about cooking good food. You have a positive attitude and are driven by cooperation between colleagues and departments. You are responsible and driven by good cooperation between you and your colleagues, and you take full ownership of the guests' total hotel experience, and not just your own work area, every day.

The position involves working both evenings and weekends - exactly as it is normally to work in a hotel.

The position includes, among other things, the following tasks:

• Together with your colleagues, create an unforgettable overall experience for the restaurant's guests.
• Prepare dishes according to routines and profitability targets.
• Daily mise en place for a la carte, lunch and dinner.
• Familiarizing yourself with the restaurant's menus for both food and drink.
• To take care of deliveries from our suppliers.
• At all times operate the kitchen in accordance with current routines and regulations.
