Beskrivelse av varen
Tilstand: Pent brukt - I god stand
Description:
This vintage plush mouse is the rare, oversized variant featuring a bean-bag style structural weight in the pelvic area (allowing the upper body to prop itself upright). It features a soft stitched nose, unique stitched paw pads, large ears, shaggy brown fur, and floppy feet. It was designed by the well-known Dutch plush brand, Happy Horse (founded in 1963).
Specifications:
• Model Style: Large Slungelmuis / Bungelmuis (Dangling Slouch Mouse)
• Era: Late 1980s to Early 1990s
• Texture: Traditional vintage towel-terry / shaggy faux-fur blend
• Torso Sitting Height: ~30 cm
• Full Outstretched Length: 45 cm to 48 cm (including the long dangling legs)
Condition Details:
• Features: The ears, paws, nose, and eyes are in very good condition. The inner-ear velour and stitched paw details are exceptionally clean. The original string tail is fully intact and securely attached at the back.
• Texture: The curly, shaggy fur is in great vintage shape, free of heavy matting, thinning, or shedding.
• Important Note on Color: There is some localised sun-fading on part of the left-hand side of the body—please closely review the second to last two photos to see the slight colour variation.
• Environment: Kept in a smoke-free home and has only ever been used for adult display, never played with.
Despite the sun-fading on the side, this beautiful jumbo mouse is structurally magnificent and displays wonderfully. It is a incredibly hard-to-find piece, perfect for anyone looking to replace a beloved childhood companion or complete an archival Happy Horse collection.
I am happy to send additional photos or answer any questions upon request! Shipped with care.
