Turn People & Culture priorities into action across Nammo

Nammo is growing, and our People & Culture roadmap includes initiatives that span functions, countries, and sites. We are looking for a Program Manager who can connect the people involved, bring structure to the work, and help turn agreed priorities into results.

You will work closely with Nammo’s Senior Vice President (SVP) of People & Culture and the People & Culture team across the organization. The role combines program management, facilitation, and practical coordination. You will help leaders see where work stands, what needs a decision, and what it will take to move forward.

What you’ll do

The People & Culture roadmap brings together initiatives at different stages and across different parts of Nammo. You will maintain a clear view of progress, dependencies, and risks. When work stalls, you will help identify what is needed, bring the right people together, and follow up on the actions agreed.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Managing the People & Culture roadmap, including plans, milestones, dependencies, and risks.

  • Translating approved priorities into actionable plans and following up on decisions and commitments.

  • Preparing progress reports and decision materials for leadership forums.

  • Facilitating leadership meetings, workshops, and annual planning and prioritization processes.

  • Leading the development and execution of the People & Culture communication plan in collaboration with the SVP People & Culture, keeping colleagues informed of priorities and progress.

  • Driving initiatives across functions and locations, aligning stakeholders, and supporting communication.

  • Supporting the implementation and adoption of new frameworks, processes, and ways of working.

  • Identifying implementation risks and following up actions to address them.

You’ll work with People & Culture colleagues, business leaders, Communications, and Finance. The position has no direct people management responsibility; you’ll influence delivery through structured follow-up, productive discussions, and strong working relationships.

What we’re looking for

You can bring order to a broad agenda without losing sight of its purpose. You know when to bring people together, when to challenge an approach, and when to take care of the practical details that help work move forward. We will place particular emphasis on the following qualifications:

Required
  • Relevant higher education in HR, business, organizational development, management, or a related field.

  • Experience coordinating cross-functional programs, projects, or strategic initiatives.

  • Experience turning broad priorities into plans and following up on progress, risks, and decisions.

  • Experience facilitating discussions and working with stakeholders at different organizational levels.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and one Scandinavian language.

Experience from an international organization, People & Culture, or change and implementation work would be an advantage.

Why join Nammo?

You will work closely with People & Culture leadership and have a direct role in improving how priorities are planned and delivered across Nammo. The position offers a broad view of the organization and the opportunity to make collaboration across locations work better in practice.

Therefore, Copenhagen is a relevant location, but we are open to considering other locations. Some travel is expected.

Please note that this position requires a security clearance. You must be eligible for clearance by the relevant national security authorities. We will inform you of any additional requirements, in accordance with applicable regulations.
