This is the real deal - Boglioli K.Jacket, Boglioli's signature model and probably the most famous unstructured blazer in menswear.
Yours is model N2902Q / 50 K.JACKET in size 50 R - that's Italian 50 Regular, about US 40R / EU 50.
Here's what the tags tell us:
Brand / Origin:
• BOGLIOLI MILANO - MADE IN ITALY. Produced by Boglioli at Via Brescia, 47 - 25020 Gambara (BS) - Italy. You even have the original Boglioli hanger, which is a good sign of authenticity. The little Duomo logo is their mark.
• The model is the K.JACKET - the small white tab under the collar says it. The K was launched around 2008 and made them famous.
Construction - why people love it:
This is Boglioli's "jacket that feels like a sweater". It's:
• Soft, unstructured cut with light shoulders without padding - no shoulder pad, no canvas. Shirt-shoulder construction (spalla camicia) 
• Unstructured, unlined construction and a double back vent - yours is almost completely unlined, only cupro in the sleeves/sides for sliding on. That's why it hangs so soft in your photos 
• Details: notch lapel with pick-stitching, 2-button front, 3 pockets - 2 lower patch pockets and 1 chest welt pocket, 4 buttons on the sleeve

Color is that perfect washed olive-taupe. Your production label says LAVAGGIO: P24-SB4407-0465-TINTO OLD COTO - "Tinto Old" is Boglioli's garment-dyeing treatment. They make the jacket, then dye and wash it, so every piece fades a little differently and feels already broken-in. The art code SB4407 0465 is the fabric, B4- is the color.
It's designed to be dressed both ways - that's the point of the unstructured profile. Works with a tee and jeans, or with wool trousers and a knit. For Oslo, it's ideal late spring to early autumn, and great for layering.
Yours looks in excellent condition. If you're thinking of keeping it, the cotton-linen blend will only get softer with wear.
