Project Completion Engineer - Loop Tester

Responsibilities

• Support the planning, preparation, and execution of loop testing activities.
• Conduct loop testing during the mechanical completion and commissioning phases of the project.
• Verify instrument, electrical, and telecom loops, from the field device to the control system.
• Ensure all systems are fully verified and ready for handover and subsequent start-up.
• Actively promote the sharing of knowledge and technical information within the team.

Required expertise

• A relevant trade certificate in electrical, automation, or telecom.
• A valid electrical safety (FSE) course, including first aid certification.
• Completion of basic ATEX and ATEX maintenance courses.
• Demonstrable commissioning experience from similar large-scale projects.
• Familiarity with Project Information Management Systems (PIMS).
• Ability to work in a structured and accurate manner with a strong focus on safety and quality.
• Proven capacity to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a high-paced environment.

Language: Norwegian and/or English

Location: Stord, (offshore work is required)

Work schedule: 15/20 rotation, with the possibility of night shifts

Duration: 11.10.2026 - 31.03.2027, with a potential extension for offshore commissioning
