Bring Your Energy to TechnipFMC- Rotational Graduate Engineer - Bergen

Bring Your Energy. Build Your Future.

Ready to start your engineering career?

Join TechnipFMC and help develop the technologies that make offshore energy production possible. As a graduate, you'll work alongside experienced engineers on real projects and develop subsea technologies.

Our two-year Rotational Graduate Program gives you the opportunity to:

  • Complete three engineering rotations across different departments

  • Build broad technical competence and discover where your interests fit best

  • Work on real products, projects, and engineering challenges

  • Collaborate with other graduates through Squad Projects

  • Develop your network across the company

What could you work on?

Depending on your rotations, you may contribute to product development, structural analysis, software engineering, automation, testing, project execution, and offshore operations

Your journey starts here

The program begins with a 30-day onboarding experience, followed by three rotations over two years. Along the way, you'll gain exposure to different technologies, teams, and project phases while building the foundation for a long-term engineering career.

By September 2029, you'll transition into a permanent engineering role and continue your development within TechnipFMC.

Who are we looking for?

We're looking for graduates who are curious, motivated, and eager to learn. The program is a good fit for people who enjoy solving technical challenges, learning new things, and collaborating with others. You don't need previous subsea experience. What matters most is your willingness to learn and contribute.

The profile we are looking for:

  • Expect to graduate in 2027, or have recently completed a relevant bachelor's degree engineering within ocean technology, mechanics, marine, electro, automation etc

  • Preferably combined with a trade certificate related to one of the above subjects.

  • Knowledge of hydraulic and/or electrical systems

  • Enjoys solving technical problems

  • Takes initiative and ownership

  • Adapts to new environments and challenges

  • Works well in teams

  • Communicates effectively in English

Where can you work?

This graduate position has home base throughout the program in Bergen. Depending on business needs and rotation opportunities, you should expect one or two rotations in our office in Kongsberg. Following completion of the program, you'll continue in an engineering role within TechnipFMC in Bergen.

Why choose TechnipFMC?

At TechnipFMC, you will do more than rotate between departments. You will build a broad engineering foundation, work on technologies deployed around the world, and become part of a global graduate community.

With a permanent position from day one and exposure to multiple disciplines, you will develop a broad engineering foundation and discover where you can create the greatest impact.
