Planning / Senior Planner

Responsibilities

• Oversee schedule planning, resource allocation, and cost control for the Civil scope.
• Integrate and communicate plans from subcontractors into the main project schedule.
• Establish and maintain detailed Level 4 and Level 5 project schedules.
• Lead project progress reviews, validating and challenging reported progress to ensure accuracy.
• Identify and highlight the critical path, schedule risks, and propose optimization and mitigation strategies.
• Provide project management with insightful scheduling analysis to support decision-making.
• Ensure all scheduling activities comply with contract requirements, regulations, and internal work processes.
• Proactively identify and implement opportunities for schedule improvement.

Required expertise

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in a technical or commercial field; extensive relevant experience can compensate for formal qualifications.
• A minimum of 5 years of work experience in project planning from EPC projects.
• Extensive hands-on experience with Safran Project software is essential.
• Strong understanding of schedule planning, resource management, and cost control.
• Experience from EPC, modification, or field development projects within the oil and gas industry.
• Solid understanding of construction sequencing, work logic, and interfaces between disciplines.
• Experience in planning civil works is highly advantageous.
• Proactive, structured, and results-oriented with strong collaboration and communication skills.
