SPS Leads - Location: Stavanger, Bergen or Fornebu

We are currently seeking two experienced SPS LEADS to strengthen our clients subsea project organization and support the delivery of technically challenging and strategically important offshore developments.

Key Responsibilities

As an SPS Lead, you will play a key role throughout project maturation and execution phases.

Typical responsibilities include:

• Lead and contribute to concept development and project execution within the subsea discipline

• Define project scope and ensure alignment with applicable technical requirements and standards

• Prepare technical documentation for studies, project sanction decisions, and tender processes

• Participate in tendering activities, technical bid evaluations, and contractor selection

• Follow up contractors and suppliers during project execution

• Provide technical support and guidance across project interfaces

• Participate in occasional offshore commissioning and operational campaigns when required

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline

Experience

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience within:

• Subsea Production Systems (SPS)

• Subsea tie-back projects

• Offshore oil & gas development projects

Skills & Competencies

• Strong technical understanding of subsea systems and project execution

• Experience working with multidisciplinary project teams

• Ability to manage interfaces between contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders

• Structured, proactive, and solution-oriented approach to work

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

• Valid offshore certificate for NCS

Language Requirements

• Fluent written and spoken English

• Norwegian language skills are considered an advantage

Work Location. The position is primarily onshore and can be based in:

• Stavanger

• Bergen

• Fornebu

Sporadic offshore travel may be required.
