🏠 Room Available in Trondheim

Hi everyone!

I’m looking for someone to take over my room in a shared apartment at Søndre Gate 25, Trondheim.

🛏️ Private room in a shared flat with 4 Italian working professionals. Friendly and youthful atmosphere!

💰 Rent: 5,100 NOK/month

💡 Electricity: Shared between tenants (typically 300–400 NOK per month)

💧 Water and sewage included

🌐 Internet included

🍳 Shared kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and living room

🏠 Available after October 10 (earlier move-in may be possible and can be discussed)

The room is rented through Norinvest AS, and the new tenant will sign the rental agreement directly with the landlord.

📍 The apartment is located right in the city center, literally above Grano Pizzeria, just a short walk from Rema 1000, shops, restaurants, and only 2 minutes from the nearest bus stops.
