filmen SOS :
SOS – En segelsällskapsresa (S.O.S. - A Sailing Conduct Tour), released in some English speaking territories as Swedes at Sea, is a Swedish comedy film which was released to cinemas in Sweden on 25 December 1988,[2] and directed by Lasse Åberg. It is the third film in the Sällskapsresan film series. The outgoing Norwegian art director in billboard advertising, Ole (Skolmen) takes his friend, the socially more cautious electric toaster quality inspector Stig-Helmer (Åberg) to a Stockholm midsummer costume party. The way home takes a wrong turn and the two friends are springboarded through an involuntary cruise on a garbage barge[a] via an upper class financier's summer party at Saltnäs in the Stockholm archipelago to the idyllic island, Stråholmen, threatened by unscrupulous investors and a bent municipal board member's secret and foul development plans. On the journey, the film takes the viewer through a virtual catalog of the more or less expensive and/or self inflicted mishaps which leisure sailors may call upon themselves in the Stockholm archipelago during the summer.
Events culminate with a match race between two 12 Metre yachts, the Kookaburra II and the New Sweden being disrupted somewhat by an unidentified undersea vessel
The Scorpion King :
a 2002 action adventure film directed by Chuck Russell. The film stars Dwayne Johnson (credited as The Rock) as the lead, with Steven Brand, Kelly Hu, Grant Heslov, and Michael Clarke Duncan in supporting roles. It is both a prequel and spin-off of The Mummy franchise and launched The Scorpion King film series. The film was Johnson's first lead role.
The events of The Scorpion King take place 5,001 years before the events of The Mummy and The Mummy Returns, revealing the origins of Mathayus and his rise to power as the Scorpion King. This name is a reference to a historical king of the Protodynastic Period of Egypt, King Scorpion. The film was released on April 19, 2002 by Universal Pictures. The film received mixed reviews and grossed $178.8 million worldwide against a production budget of $60 million.
Plot : Before the time of the pyramids, a horde of warriors from the East, led by Memnon, conquers most of the local tribes. No tribe is willing to fight Memnon, as his sorceress Cassandra can foresee any attack. Mathayus, along with his half-brother Jesup and their friend Rama, are the only surviving Akkadians. The trio is hired by King Pheron of the free tribes to kill Cassandra.
I 2021 ga de ut tre nye singler; «Positive Living in Negative Times», «Fire Up! (The BBQ Song)» og «Mad Money».
Filmen Three Amigos :
is a 1986 American Western comedy film directed by John Landis and written by Steve Martin, Lorne Michaels and Randy Newman, who also composed the film's songs, and starring Martin, Chevy Chase, Martin Short, Alfonso Arau, Tony Plana, and Patrice Martinez. It tells the story of three fired silent film actors who are mistaken for real heroes by the desperate inhabitants of a small Mexican village under threat from notorious bandit El Guapo and his gang.
Produced by Michaels and George Folsey Jr. for HBO Pictures and L.A. Films, the film was distributed by Orion Pictures and released on December 12, 1986. Despite receiving mixed reviews from critics, it grossed $39.2 million at the box office against a $25 million budget and has since gained a cult following for its absurdist humor, musical sequences, and ensemble performances.[1][4] Plot In 1916, the bandit El Guapo and his gang collect tribute from the Mexican village of Santa Poco. Carmen, the village leader's daughter, searches for someone who can rescue her townspeople. Visiting a village church, she sees a silent film featuring The Three Amigos, a trio of gunfighters who protect the innocent. Believing they are real heroes, Carmen sends a telegram asking them to come and stop El Guapo. At Goldsmith Pictures in California, Lucky Day, Dusty Bottoms and Ned Nederlander, the actors who portray the Amigos, demand a salary increase for their next project. Producer Harry Flugelman, furious at their demands, fires them from the studio. They receive Carmen's telegram, misinterpreting it as a job offer to perform a show in Santa Poco. The Amigos steal back their costumes and head for Mexico.
Benny hill :
Alfred Hawthorne "Benny" Hill (21 January 1924 – 18 April 1992)[1] was an English comedian, actor, writer and musician. He is best remembered for his television programme The Benny Hill Show, a comedy variety show merging slapstick, burlesque, double entendre and innuendo in live and filmed segments with Hill in almost every one. The BFI called Hill "the first British comedian to attain fame through television" and "a major star for over forty years".[2] Making his television debut in 1949, he appeared on BBC variety shows where he developed his parodic sketches and, in 1954, was voted television personality of the year.[2] The Benny Hill Show, which debuted in 1955, was among the most-watched programmes in the UK; his audience was more than 21 million in 1971.[3] The show was also exported to over 100 countries, a global appeal which the BFI attributed to "Hill's emphasis on visual humour transcending language barriers".[2][4] Hill received a BAFTA Television Award for Best Writer and a Rose d'Or, and he was nominated for the BAFTA for Best Entertainment Performance and for two Emmy Awards for Outstanding Variety. In 1990 Anthony Burgess described Hill as "a comic genius steeped in the British music hall tradition".[5] In 2006, Hill was voted by the British public number 17 in ITV's poll of TV's 50 Greatest Stars.[6] Outside television, Hill starred in films including the Ealing comedy Who Done It? (1956), Those Magnificent Men in Their Flying Machines (1965), Chitty Chitty Bang Bang (1968) and The Italian Job (1969). His comedy song, "Ernie (The Fastest Milkman in the West)", was 1971's Christmas number one on the UK singles chart and earned Hill an Ivor Novello Award from the British Academy of Songwriters, Composers and Authors in 1972.
filmen first strike :
Police Story 4: First Strike (Chinese: 警察故事4之簡單任務), also known as First Strike or Jackie Chan's First Strike, is a 1996 Hong Kong action film directed and co-written by Stanley Tong, and starring Jackie Chan, Jackson Lou, Annie Wu, Bill Tung, Yuri Petrov, and Nonna Grishayeva. It is the fourth main installment of the Police Story series, and the final film in the series' original timeline before its reboot with 2004's New Police Story. Chan reprises his role of Hong Kong police officer "Kevin" Chan Ka-Kui; "Jackie", which had been used as the character's nickname in international releases of previous Police Story films, is used for the first time in the original canon as the nickname used for him by non-Chinese language characters. Tung also reprises his supporting role as "Uncle" Bill Wong from previous films, while Tong returns as director after Police Story 3: Supercop and the spin-off Supercop 2. It is the first entry in the series not to be fully set in Hong Kong or mainland China, instead taking Ka-Kui on a journey to Ukraine, Russia, and eventually Australia, in scenes which were shot on location in Crimea, Moscow and Australia (including the Sunshine Coast's Underwater World and Chinatown, and the snow scenes of Falls Creek, Victoria[1]). In First Strike, Ka-Kui works with the CIA to track down and arrest an illegal weapons dealer, but starts to suspect that things are not as they appear and that he might be used as a pawn in a greater scheme.[2]
The film includes snow action scenes featuring skiing and snowmobiles, and an underwater fight scene involving sharks. To advertise First Strike, Chan recorded the song "怎麼會 Zenme Hui" and also made a music video for it, although it is not featured in the American release. The film's original version includes dialogue in English, Cantonese, Mandarin, Ukrainian and Russian; the latter three are all dubbed in English in the North American version.
filmen art of war :
The Art of War is a 2000 Canadian-American action spy film directed by Christian Duguay and starring Wesley Snipes, Michael Biehn, Anne Archer and Donald Sutherland. The latter did not feature Snipes.
Plot Neil Shaw is an operative for the United Nations's covert SAD, using espionage and quasi-ethical tactics to secure peace and cooperation. In Hong Kong, Shaw infiltrates a Chinese New Year party held by Chinese business mogul David Chan and covertly hacks an office laptop of a North Korean Defense Minister, and blackmails him with the misappropriation of U.N. aid money, in exchange for continuing negotiations with South Korea. Shortly after being discovered, Shaw fights his way out of the party and suffers a gunshot wound to his shoulder during extraction.
Six months later, a shipping container full of dead Vietnamese refugees from Hong Kong turns up on the New York docks the same week as China's trade agreement with the U.S. Shaw's boss, Eleanor Hooks, suspects Chinese ambassador Wu's connection with the Chinese Triad, and assigns Shaw to plant a tracking device on Wu during a banquet held by Chan. During the trade agreement banquet, Wu is gunned down, Chan is shot in the arm, and Shaw pursues a masked gunman. During the pursuit, Shaw's teammate Robert Bly corners the gunman but perishes, and Shaw is arrested by the NYPD. In the middle of a prison transfer, FBI agent Frank Capella's van is disabled by a roadside bomb, and an unconscious Shaw is captured by Triad members to be framed for the murder and disposed of. Shaw regains consciousness and frees himself from captivity, only to find his last remaining team member, Jenna Novak, murdered by a Chinese hitman. Shaw kills the hitman, recovers the audio file, and secures weapons and equipment from Novak's hidden armory. Shaw seeks Julia Fang's help after reading a news article stating Shaw's innocence. Shaw manages to save Fang from an ambush by a Chinese hitwoman at a hospital.
