Warehouse Operator

We have a temporary position available for a dedicated Warehouse Operator to join our team at Kongsberg Maritime. Our department, Forwarding & Export Logistics, is part of Operations in Kongsberg Maritimes Energy & Control division. We support our delivery projects and Global Customer Support organisation in delivering equipment and spare parts to our customers at the right time and to the right place. A Warehouse Operator in our department is responsible for packing and preparing equipment for transport worldwide. The role is ideal for someone who enjoys staying active and thrives in a practical, hands-on working environment.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

• Pack and prepare project equipment and spare parts for transport
• Assist truck drivers with outbound goods
• Support our internal stakeholders in delivering excellent service to our customers
• Contribute to a high service level and improvement of work processes

Qualifications and experience:

• Relevant experience and/or education in logistics
• Knowledge of digital tools: ERP and Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, Excel, etc.)
• Meets safety requirements set by the Civil Aviation Authority (Luftfartstilsynet)
• Fluent in Norwegian and English, both spoken and written
• A forklift truck certificate, T1-T4, is preferred
