Room in apartment is rented out for long term rental. The room is a 13 sqm. bedroom in a 64 sqm. fully furnished and fully equipped apartment.
The bedroom is rented out furnished with two wardrobes and a 160x200cm double bed. There is space for having a desk in the bedroom.

As I will mainly be staying at my girlfriends place, you will practically have the whole apartment to yourself for most of the time -- hence the price!
There are two bedrooms in the apartment and I will have the other one. The couch in the living room is convertible to a 140cm wide sleeping couch and can be used in case you have guests visiting.

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor in an apartment block in a quiet residential area in the Sverresborg area of Trondheim. The apartment is within 3-4 minutes walk to a bus stop where you can take bus 11 or 18 to the city centre and NTNU Gløshaugen campus. There are 4 different grocery stores within 5-6 minutes walk from the apartment.

Ideal location for those into hiking and nature, as the apartment practically lies on the doorstep to the largest forested outdoors area in Trondheim called Bymarka. The Bymarka area has over 300 kilometers of hiking trails and approximately 120 kilometers of prepared ski tracks during winter.

Info about me: I am a 36 years old male working full-time as a project manager. Outside of work I am into reading, hiking, skiing and cooking among many other things.
