Statkraft is seeking an experienced and engaging leader to lead and further develop Health, Safety & Security across the Group. As Senior Vice President HSS, you will hold the Group mandate for HSS and lead a function of approximately 20 employees, being responsible for shaping and continuously improve fit for purpose standards, processes and tools within the HSS functions. You will work closely with Executive Management, business areas and HSS professionals across Statkraft.

Statkraft has established strong HSS frameworks, processes and systems. Going forward, the focus will be on ensuring effective implementation and impact across the organisation, while continuously developing Statkraft’s HSS strategy, governance and capabilities. In light of increasing geopolitical tension, further strengthening security, emergency preparedness and organisational resilience will be an important part of the role.

We are looking for a senior leader with solid HSS experience from a large, complex and international organisation. You combine strong experience from HSS governance, risk management, processes and systems with genuine hands-on operational understanding. You have broad experience from operating across functions, business areas, cultures and regulatory environments in an international matrix organisation.

As a leader, you are relationship-oriented and influential, with the ability to build trust and alignment among senior stakeholders and experienced professionals. You set a clear direction, simplify complexity and translate HSS risks and insights into clear priorities and business decisions. You develop strong teams, create momentum and communicate clearly and effectively across the organisation.

Fluency in English and Norwegian is required. The position is based at Lilleaker in Oslo.
