Shape efficient, safe production for advanced composites.

We are looking for an Industrial Engineer (Composites) to support the design, implementation, and optimization of production processes for composite manufacturing. In this role, you will focus on production line and workstation design, labor planning, process balancing, performance analysis, and continuous improvement to ensure safe, efficient, and high-performing operations.

Responsibilities

  • Organize and coordinate the work of the production process support team.

  • Provide recommendations to the department manager regarding employee training, development, and upskilling.

  • Conduct audits of components, materials, and technical resources required for the creation and operation of production stations and lines.

  • Define requirements and place requests for the components and resources needed to organize production processes.

  • Propose improvements to team performance, process efficiency, and internal collaboration.

  • Design production lines, workstations, and processes in line with production needs and technical requirements.

  • Calculate required staffing levels to ensure efficient operation of production lines and processes.

  • Calculate, forecast, and analyze planned efficiency of manufacturing processes.

  • Ensure ergonomic workplace design with consideration for safety, comfort, and productivity.

  • Establish production standards, optimize and balance production lines and processes.

  • Define production norms and monitor compliance with approved performance indicators.

  • Optimize workflows and improve the efficient use of labor, technical, and material resources.

  • Oversee the implementation of developed solutions, monitor execution, and evaluate the effectiveness of changes.

Requirements

  • Higher professional or technical education.

  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar or related role.

  • Strong knowledge of industrial engineering, manufacturing engineering, mechanical engineering, automotive, or related fields.

  • Practical experience in designing production lines, workstations, and manufacturing processes.

  • Experience in production standardization, line balancing, and process optimization.

  • Skills in calculating workforce requirements for manufacturing processes.

  • Ability to calculate, analyze, and forecast the efficiency of production lines and processes.

  • Understanding of ergonomic workplace design principles.

  • Experience in workflow optimization and improving resource efficiency.

  • Ability to oversee the implementation of technical and organizational solutions in production.

  • Analytical thinking, systematic approach to work, responsibility, and results-oriented.
