We are looking for a hands-on finance professional who enjoys working across both controlling and financial reporting. The role is well suited to someone coming from a Big 4 background or a similar finance environment who wants broader exposure to Group Finance topics while remaining close to the business.

For this role, we would prefer applications and CVs to be submitted in English.

Success Factors

The successful candidate combines the analytical mindset of a controller with a solid understanding of financial reporting and Group Finance processes.

Equally important, the individual is a strong relationship builder who can work effectively across different functions, cultures, and levels of the organization. The role requires frequent interaction with budget holders, business leaders, shared service teams, auditors, and finance colleagues across the Nordics. Success therefore depends not only on technical competence, but also on the ability to communicate clearly, build trust, challenge constructively, and influence stakeholders in a positive and collaborative manner.
