This is a vintage Swagman Jacket from Outback Trading Company (legendary oilskin duster producer from Oxford, Pennsylvania) or "OTC". I do not know how old it is, but would guess it's from late '80s or early '90s but has almost certainly never been worn. It is in very good condition with no signs of wear at all. It is in the color that OTC calls "Bronze".
It is 100% (8 oz, I believe) oilskin outer and soft cotton inner, and therefore rainproof, durable and comfortable. It has a brass two-way zipper, button-down flap pockets at the hips, waist-level draw string, and a cape over the shoulders for extra water protection. There is a snap button and elastic around the cuffs to seal for further rain protection, and a storm-proof inner pocket. It also has an adjustable hood that can be rolled into the collar.
I would have liked to keep it, but it is just a bit too small for me.
