De luxe utestue 4×4 sort fargeDe Luxe Outdoor Lounge, for the discerning!The De Luxe conservatory has a slatted roof that is controlled by remote control, the roof has drainage on each post and the water is led out into the leg. This is a freestanding model only and cannot be attached to the wall.It comes with 4 sliding glass walls on casters, as well as a freestanding pergola, our own model de luxe. This is a product that can be used for much of the year and is waterproof when installed correctly. Unsure about installation? We will install this model for you for 12,000 inc. VAT in the summer half-year by agreement.You have a 10-year warranty on parts and motor on the pergola. The roof can withstand 75kg of snow per square meter and the roof cannot be adjusted with heavy snow or a lot of ice.We only have this in black in stock and it is available in 2 different sizes, 4x3m & 4x4m. The model can be viewed at our showroom in Tønsberg, Velleveien 60 by appointment with us.We also offer partial payment/as well as deferred payment.
