JUDAS PRIEST - BBC LIVE SESSIONS
CD Limited Edition 200 Copies
375kr
Spring 1975. Judas Priest — still virtually unknown, one failed debut album behind them — walk into BBC's Pres B Studios for The Old Grey Whistle Test. What they play that night, including a devastating early rendition of Dreamer Deceiver/Deceiver, hints at everything that's coming.
Three years and two genre-defining albums later — Sin After Sin and Stained Class — they return to the BBC in October 1978, this time for a six-track Radio 1 session in front of a live audience. A band now firmly established as Black Sabbath's heir apparent, captured at the moment the crown was being fitted.
As a bonus — a 1977 live show from the North American leg of the Sin After Sin tour. Three documents. One essential collection.
Limited to 200 copies.
