We are seeking a Technical Customer Service Supervisor to join our Nordic Customer Service team. This is an exciting opportunity for a technically skilled professional with an electrical engineering background and experience in complex industrial environments, ideally within the oil & gas or offshore sector. In this role, you will lead a team of three customer service specialists while acting as a key technical expert supporting customers across Norway and the wider Nordic region.

What You'll Do:
As Technical Customer Service Supervisor, you will oversee the delivery of technical customer support related to Eaton's CEAG hazardous area and explosion-protected (Ex) power distribution solutions while ensuring exceptional customer experience and operational excellence.
You will manage a team of three customer service professionals and act as the escalation point for technical inquiries, quotations, and project orders.
Responsibilities:
Lead, coach, and develop a team of three Technical Customer Service Specialists.
Manage and support technical and project inquiries related to CEAG Ex power distribution systems and configured products.
Specify and prepare quotations for hazardous area distribution panels and associated solutions.
Provide technical support to customers and sales teams within the oil & gas, offshore, and industrial sectors.
Ensure enquiries, quotations, and orders are processed in accordance with Eaton policies and internal procedures.
Qualifications:
Degree, diploma, or certification in Electrical Engineering or a related technical discipline.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a technical customer service, engineering, project support, or similar role.
Experience within the oil & gas, offshore, marine, or other industrial sectors is highly desirable.
Previous people leadership or supervisory experience is advantageous.
Skills:
Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems, ideally including hazardous area (Ex) equipment, power distribution panels, or industrial electrical solutions.
Excellent customer-facing and stakeholder management skills.
Strong project coordination, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
Experience working with SAP, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and complex customer requirements in a dynamic environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Norwegian language skills are preferred.
Collaborative, proactive, and results-oriented mindset with a high level of accountability.
