Experienced Engineering Professionals

About the positions

We are looking for experienced engineers to strengthen our project and operations organisation and help drive the safe and efficient project development and operation of our offshore assets.

We have opportunities across several engineering disciplines, including:

  • Subsea

  • Process & Flow Assurance

  • Structure & Marine

  • Static Mechanical

  • HVAC

  • LCI and Data Management

In these roles, you will play a key role in project development, both early phase and execution, and operational activities, to ensure our facilities remain safe, compliant, and fit for future challenges. You will work closely with colleagues across operations, maintenance and projects as part of our multidisciplinary engineering organisation. Together, we drive the safe, reliable and efficient operation of our offshore assets, providing technical expertise, influencing key decisions and solving day-to-day and long-term challenges.

The role combines technical expertise with collaboration, problem-solving and continuous improvement. You will help improve how we work, strengthen safe and reliable operations and contribute to the long-term development of our assets.

You should also have an interest in how digital technologies, data analytics and Artificial Intelligence can support better decision-making and business performance.

Background and experience

  • Bachelor or Master degree in relevant discipline

  • 5+ years relevant experience from offshore operations, asset integrity, maintenance, project execution or related technical disciplines

  • Experience within one or more relevant disciplines, including Subsea, Structural & Marine, Static Mechanical, HVAC, Process and Flow Assurance

  • Good understanding of offshore facilities, operations and technical integrity

  • Familiarity with relevant industry standards and technical requirements
