Turn Strategy into Impact: Product Manager

About the Role 

As Product Manager – Portfolio & Programs at Elliptic Labs, you will own products within our Edge AI and AI Virtual Smart Sensor™ portfolio. 

This is a commercially oriented product role with responsibility for selected cross-functional and customer delivery programs. You will translate market opportunities into product priorities while keeping teams in Oslo and Asia aligned on commitments, risks, and decisions. 

What You’ll Do 

• Own product objectives, roadmaps, requirements, priorities, and success metrics. 

• Work with customers, Sales, and Business Development to identify and validate opportunities. 

• Analyse markets and competitors and develop business cases for product investments. 

• Translate customer opportunities into scalable product requirements. 

• Partner with engineering and design throughout development, launch, and performance follow-up. 

• Support customer presentations, product launches, and sales enablement. 

• Coordinate selected programs, maintaining visibility of milestones, responsibilities, dependencies, and risks. 

• Participate in weekly customer and delivery meetings and ensure actions and issues are followed up. 

• Strengthen communication between R&D in Oslo and Delivery in Asia. 

• Act as the primary escalation point for delivery-related issues, escalating material matters to management when needed. 

• Use AI-enabled tools to improve research, planning, analysis, and collaboration. 

• Engineering and Delivery own technical execution. The Product Manager owns product direction, program coordination, and delivery-risk transparency. 

What You Bring 

• Experience in product management or a customer-facing commercial technology role. 

• Strong commercial judgement and experience developing business cases. 

• The ability to translate customer and market insight into product decisions. 

• Experience coordinating customers, technical teams, and cross-functional initiatives. 

• Clear communication and confidence working across cultures and time zones. 

• Willingness to travel internationally on a regular basis, particularly to customers and teams in Asia.

• Sufficient technical understanding to work effectively with engineering. 

• A forward-looking approach and enthusiasm for using AI tools responsibly. 

• Fluency in written and spoken English. 

• Experience with software, AI, embedded technology, semiconductors, consumer electronics, OEM customers, or Asian operations is an advantage.
