GEM MGR 30
This is a cool Italian 70’s hybrid amplifier. Manufactured on September 1st 1974. It works, has a cool square wave tremolo/vibrato and spring reverb. It is beat up and dusty. I think it has the original AEG el84 power tubes. It will need to be recapped as it is noisy. With a little work this could be a killer amp. It’s a rare little odd-ball. Shipping would be a pain in the ass, so pick up is preferred. 3000kr
From Reverb.com:
Manufactured by Galanti Electro Music (GEM) in Italy during the mid-1970s, this 30-watt combo is a rare, highly regarded hybrid design that features a solid-state transistorized preamp section paired with a tube-driven power amp section. These models are frequently sought out by vintage collectors for their distinct built-in spring reverb and superb analog tremolo circuits, often drawing sonic comparisons to early Vox AC15 or AC30 platforms
