About the role
We are looking for a curious and driven Senior Production / Process Engineer who enjoys working hands-on with production challenges while also contributing to longer-term improvements.
In this role, you will combine analytical problem-solving with a broader perspective on how processes, systems, and teams work together. You will play an important role in strengthening stability, efficiency, and continuous improvement in our production environment.
Key responsibilities
Analyze and improve production processes to ensure stable and efficient operations
Perform systematic troubleshooting and root cause analysis
Identify improvement opportunities and drive initiatives within your area
Contribute to process optimization and continuous improvement efforts
Collaborate across engineering, quality, and production to solve challenges and align solutions
Support and contribute to project work, taking increasing responsibility over time
Balance day-to-day operational needs with longer-term improvements
Qualifications and experience
Engineering degree (production, mechanical, materials, or similar)
Experience from a manufacturing or production environment
Experience with:
Structured problem-solving and root cause analysis
Process optimization and stabilization
Basic understanding automation, data, or systemsExperience contributing to projects or improvement initiatives
Minimum 5-10 years of experience
