• TIG and MAG welding of stainless steel components
• Fabrication and assembly of thin-gauge sheet metal products
• Reading and interpreting technical drawings
• Fitting, assembling, and finishing stainless steel structures
• Performing quality checks and ensuring production standards are met
• Collaborating with colleagues to maintain efficient production

• Experience as a welder and/or sheet metal worker
• Proven experience with TIG and MAG welding
• Experience working with stainless steel and thin-gauge materials
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Vocational education within welding, metal fabrication, mechanical engineering, or a related field
