Shape AS is a precision CNC job shop based in Skodje, delivering 3D modeling, prototyping, product development, reverse engineering, and mold/tooling production. Our five-person team works with modern machinery and technology across a wide range of industries — from vacuum forming and composite tooling to metal casting and complex machining. Our work regularly supports UAV, defence, and other high-precision industrial projects.

We're growing, and we're looking for an experienced CNC programmer to join our team. In a company our size, you're not a small cog — your programming directly shapes what we can build and how efficiently we build it. You'll work closely with the rest of the team to push production forward, and you'll see the impact of your work on the shop floor immediately, not months later.

You'll bring strong CAD skills and hands-on experience with Siemens NX, developing and refining CNC programs that keep our production line efficient and our parts precise. We're looking for someone who's comfortable working independently, enjoys solving problems on the fly, and thrives in a fast-paced shop where every day looks a little different.

•      Develop and refine CNC programs using NX CAM

•      Optimize production processes to boost efficiency and cut costs

•      Troubleshoot and resolve programming issues on the production floor

•      Stay current with new CNC programming techniques and technology

•      3+ years of CNC programming experience using CAM

•      Strong understanding of CNC programming and machining possibilities
