Hi everyone! My name is Liége. I’m a professionally trained chef, and I’ve decided to start accepting a few orders in my free time.
I’d like to begin with my personal favourite: a very tall and intensely chocolatey cake, with subtle notes of coffee and vanilla that enhance the chocolate flavour even further.
It consists of layers of moist, soft chocolate cake, filled with a rich and velvety dark chocolate ganache.
Despite its intense chocolate flavour, the cake has a very well-balanced sweetness and is enjoyed by both children and adults who love chocolate. It is made with fresh, high-quality ingredients.
The cake weighs approximately 2.8 kg, measures around 16 cm in diameter and 17 cm in height, and serves 16 to 20 people.
The flavour and decoration are fixed, so I’m not currently accepting customised cake requests. The cake shown in the photos is exactly what you will receive, with the exception of the cherry used for presentation.
