Join our team in Tromsø, Northern Norway, and help create unforgettable Northern Lights and Fjord experiences for guests from around the world.

We are looking for several experienced and reliable D1 minibus drivers for the 2026/27 winter season.

IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ BEFORE APPLYING

To be considered, you must already hold:

• A valid D1 driving licence
• Code 95
• A valid Norwegian Kjøreseddel for paid passenger transport

We cannot consider applicants who still need to apply for a Kjøreseddel, as the approval process can take up to eight weeks.

Applicants should already live in Tromsø or be able to relocate on short notice.

ABOUT THE POSITION

This is a seasonal position from September, October, November or December until the end of March.

You will drive:

• Northern Lights tours during evenings and nights, or
• Fjord tours during the daytime

You will work closely with our guides to ensure every guest has a safe, comfortable, and memorable experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Safely transport guests in Arctic winter conditions
• Deliver a professional and welcoming guest experience
• Work closely with guides and operations staff
• Keep the vehicle clean, safe, and ready for each tour
• Remain calm, responsible, and service-minded throughout each shift

REQUIREMENTS

• D1 driving licence
• Code 95
• Valid Norwegian Kjøreseddel
• Good English skills
• Strong winter driving experience
• Reliable, professional, and guest-focused attitude
