About the role 

We are looking for a Commercial Analyst to join our Analytics team and help turn data into insight that drives real business decisions. You will work as an analytical partner to teams across the company — spanning finance, operations, sales, marketing, product and ESG — making sure the right people have the right data to make better decisions. 

This is a hands-on role where you will own specific areas of analysis end to end — from understanding the business question, to building the data model, to presenting findings directly to stakeholders. You will be a part of Finance department and have direct exposure to senior leadership, which means your work has visible impact from day one. 

Key responsibilities 

• Serve as an analytical partner to teams across the company — finance, operations, sales, marketing, product and ESG — understanding their needs and delivering analysis that supports better, faster decisions 

• Build and maintain the data model, dashboards and reports covering revenue, margins, operations, inventory, product, and performance in both B2B and B2C channels 

• Work closely with our external data integration partners to support seamless data flow and efficient use of our analytics stack 

• Support financial analysis including contribution margin tracking, cost decomposition and KPI reporting 

• Responsible for ESG reporting and analytics, including data collection, validation and contribution to sustainability reporting processes 

Qualifications and Skills 

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Economics, Finance or a related field 

• 2-3 years of experience in commercial analytics, business intelligence, finance or similar roles. Graduates with a strong analytical track record are also welcome to apply. 

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to connect data to commercial outcomes and business performance 

• Proficiency in SQL, data pipeline/modeling and familiarity with ERP systems, BI tools and AI tools are a plus. We currently use Business Central and Power BI at Db.
