Join us as a Graduate in 2027
We are now recruiting graduates to join the DNB Carnegie Graduate Programme, with opportunities in:
Investment Banking (IB)
Fixed Income, Currencies & Commodities (FICC)
Candidates are welcome to apply to both Investment Banking and FICC, depending on your interests and profile.
Whether you are set to finish your degree next year or have up to one year of work experience, this is your opportunity to launch your career in a high-performing, collaborative, and dynamic environment.
From day one, you will become a valued member – working side by side with experienced professionals on real projects and transactions. You will build both technical and interpersonal skills through structured training, on-the-job learning, and mentoring, while expanding your professional network across the DNB Group and beyond.
What you can expect
As a graduate, you will:
Gain hands-on experience working alongside experienced professionals
Participate in a structured onboarding and training programme designed to build a strong foundation in key areas
Build deep expertise within FICC or Investment Banking, with broad exposure to different teams and desks, and possibilities for rotations
Establish a strong professional network across DNB Carnegie and the wider DNB Group
Who are we looking for
We are looking for individuals who combine analytical strength, curiosity, and collaboration, and who are motivated by learning and creating value for clients.
You will likely:
Demonstrate strong academic performance in your field of study
Have excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
Are fluent in English and at least one Scandinavian language
Thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Show genuine interest in financial markets, corporate strategy, and client advisory
