Now , we are looking for someone to join our Commercial team, where you could assume a pivotal role, taking charge of the cost estimates of tenders in the Norwegian and international market. • Be an integral part of the commercial team responsible for driving business growth.
• Overall responsible of the tender cost estimate and compensation format to the client in the Norwegian and international market.
• Work closely with the Proposal Manager, Technical Lead and the broader base organization to gather cost input and ensure alignment with execution plan, pricing assumptions and qualifications
• Actively benchmark vs historical data and analyze deviations.
• Present the Tender P&L incl. risk & opportunities to Corporate Management
• Develop and improve estimating templates/tools and work processes
• In this role you will get invaluable exposure to the strategic, commercial, and technical facets of our business.

• Advanced user in excel able to manage large, complex costing models
• Commercial mindset and technical interest/understanding of the Subsea/Offshore Industry.
• Minimum BSc and 5 years of relevant experience within Estimating, Cost Control and/or engineering, preferably within the Subsea Industry
• Experience and interest in developing the estimating function i.e. improve cost models, explore new software/tools, develop norms, templates etc.
