Join Our Team as an AC Installation Technician

You’ll work in a skilled team installing Acrylicon (MMA) industrial floors.

It’s a hands-on, physical role were Acrylicon materials cure in approximately two hours, requiring good planning, teamwork and efficiency.

You’ll be trained in all steps: substrate preparation, setting up mixing stations, safe handling, transport and storage of chemicals, mixing, and applying Acrylicon systems to specified thickness, colour, finish and system type.

Strict HSE compliance and effective teamwork with the Site Manager are essential.

Career path: Start as a helper; become an AC Layer within 1–2 years.

With strong results and leadership potential, you may advance to Site Manager (subject to openings) after 2-4 years, and potentially Senior Site Manager over time.

Responsibilities

Prepare substrates; clean and organise work areas
Build and operate mixing stations; mix and apply Acrylicon products
Follow HSE procedures; wear and maintain PPE
Deliver quality, speed and reliability under time pressure
Contribute to a positive team culture and support the Site Manager

Desired qualifications

Experience from construction sites and/or larger production projects
Class B driver’s licence (ADR is a plus)
Forklift licence, work-at-height and hot work certificates are a plus
Knowledge of industrial flooring/surfaces; MMA/Acrylicon experience is an advantage
Norwegian or English, spoken and written
Physically strong and fit for manual work

Place of residence

Due to the nature of our projects and the travel provisions in our collective agreement, applicants should normally live within our operating area, approximately between Holmestrand/Askim and Lørenskog.

This helps ensure reasonable daily travel times and efficient project execution.

Salary

NOK 470,000 – 850,000 gross,

Base salary from NOK 470,000 gross per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

In addition, technicians receive mileage compensation, overtime pay and allowances for travel and work outside normal hours.

A typical total annual income is around NOK 750,000–850,000.
