Role? Total Rewards Manager joining Vend’s Rewards team to drive our multi-year rewards strategy, lead high-impact projects and roadmaps and mentor our growing team.

WHO ARE YOU?
- You have 5+ years of experience in Rewards, with a solid grasp of the Norwegian compensation landscape, local benefits, and compliance frameworks, with experience in navigating collective agreements and labour union relationships.
- You have a proven track record of driving end-to-end reward processes and steering compensation frameworks to successfully embed a pay-for-performance culture.
- You possess strong project management skills – ideally with a background in management consulting or fast-paced corporate environments, with a proven ability to independently lead large-scale initiatives.
- You are commercially sharp and analytical, able to transform complex data into clear narratives and strategic recommendations.
- You have a genuine enthusiasm for technology, with an eagerness to experiment with AI and are comfortable leveraging HRIS modules to audit data, build automated workflows and optimise reward processes.
- You have strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to navigate in a cross-border organisation, guide managers through structural changes, and act as a trusted mentor to the team.
- You bring an approachable, empathetic presence to our data-driven discipline, allowing you to engage different audiences effectively and establish credibility with senior executives and the C-level.
WHAT’S THE JOB LIKE?
Day-to-day work & projects cooking As a Total Rewards Manager, your mission is to be a key player in delivering Vend's reward strategy. Your work will span the full spectrum of rewards – driving the strategic implementation and continuous evolution of our multi-year roadmap, while acting as a vital partner in shaping future rewards.
You will lead key projects end-to-end, drive reward core cycles (compensation reviews, bonus cycles), and ensure governance is coordinated across HR, Finance, and our cross-border business verticals. The role ranges from developing competitive compensation frameworks to support in preparation of the Board’s Compensation Committee meetings.
A core part of your role will be "working smarter" — you will critically review existing processes to identify opportunities for automation and digitization using AI and data analytics.
