That’s where you come in. 

The role 

We’re hiring our first Product Marketing & Growth Lead to build a category-defining, AI-native marketing function and use it to accelerate our international growth. 

This is a strategic and hands-on role at the intersection of product marketing, growth, storytelling and go-to-market execution. You’ll report to our CRO and work closely with Product and the leadership team to shape how the market understands LCA.no, generate demand, and build one of Europe’s defining brands in AI-powered sustainability software. 

You won’t be inheriting a playbook, you’ll be writing it. 

What you’ll do 

  • Own positioning and messaging: turn a sophisticated, data-rich product into a clear, differentiated story that lands across markets and segments (ICPs). 

  • Lead product marketing and go-to-market: drive launches end-to-end with Product and equip Sales with the content and narratives that win deals. 

  • Build the demand engine: design and execute our inbound, content and demand-generation strategy, and optimise conversion across the funnel. 

  • Generate pipeline: partner closely with Sales to convert marketing into qualified pipeline, backed by clear attribution and reporting. 

  • Build the brand: grow LCA.no’s visibility, credibility and thought leadership internationally through customer stories and category-defining content. 

  • Make it scalable: put the processes, tooling and metrics in place to grow marketing from a first hire into a high-performing function. 

  • Put AI to work: use AI across the marketing stack to move faster, work smarter and continuously raise the bar. 

Who you are 

You’re equal parts marketer, storyteller, operator and builder. 

You turn complex products into compelling stories, and you care about business outcomes as much as creative ideas. You move fluidly between strategy and execution - and you’d rather build something yourself than write a long brief for someone else. AI is already a natural part of how you work. 

Most importantly, you’re curious, ambitious and energised by building something from the ground up, not maintaining what already exists. 

What you bring 

  • A track record in Product Marketing, Growth or Revenue Marketing within B2B SaaS or a comparable technology company. 

  • Demonstrated results building demand, inbound channels and qualified pipeline. 

  • Strong command of positioning, messaging and go-to-market strategy. 

  • Experience marketing into international markets, with excellent written and spoken English. 

  • Fluency with SaaS metrics, CRM and marketing automation (e.g. HubSpot). 

  • The range to think strategically and execute hands-on, and a genuine preference for both. 

Bonus points for 

  • SEO, lifecycle marketing and CRO 

  • Hands-on use of AI tools in marketing and content creation 

  • Revenue analytics and attribution 

  • A genuine interest in sustainability, climate or industrial decarbonization
