E-Com Manager
About the Role
We are looking for a commercially driven and hands-on E-Commerce Manager to lead our e-commerce team and drive the performance, growth, and day-to-day operations of our online channel. This role is responsible for delivering a seamless customer experience, achieving commercial targets, and ensuring the successful execution of all e-commerce activities.
The E-Commerce Manager will own the e-commerce budget, seasonal buying and replenishment process, online trading activities, and platform development roadmap. The role requires close collaboration with buying, marketing, sales, and external partners to optimise performance and support business growth.
Key Responsibilities

Lead, manage, and develop the e-commerce team

Own the e-commerce budget and commercial performance targets

Manage the channel seasonal buy-in and replenishment process

Drive online sales growth through merchandising, optimisation, and trading initiatives

Coordinate seasonal product launches end-to-end: product data, descriptions, imagery, tagging, and filters

Monitor and analyse e-commerce performance, identifying opportunities to improve conversion, customer experience, and profitability

Plan and execute sales campaigns, including markdowns, promotions, and sell-through management

Own the e-commerce platform roadmap, working with internal and external partners to drive platform improvements, optimisation, and scalability

Serve as the primary point of contact for e-commerce platforms, tools, and integrations

Partner closely with marketing, buying and sales teams to deliver a seamless customer journey and achieve commercial objectives
Requirements
-
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Media, or similar
-
5+ years of e-commerce experience, including ownership of commercial performance

Proven experience leading or managing a team

Experience managing modern e-commerce platforms and CMS solutions (Centra and Storyblok experience is an advantage)

Strong analytical skills, proficiency in excel, with the ability to interpret data and make commercial decisions

Technically minded with a strong eye for detail and continuous improvement

Structured, proactive, and comfortable working cross-functionally

Fluent in English; Norwegian is an advantage
