Job Description:

• Senior Mechanical Engineer with 20+ years in mining, bulk materials handling, or mineral processing.
• Extensive hands-on experience in root cause analysis (RCA), chronic failure elimination, wear analysis, maintainability, shutdowns, and operational reliability improvement.
• Experience in crushers, mills, pumps, conveyors, chutes, screens, liners, alloys, coatings, and rotating equipment.
• Background in operations and maintenance improvement projects.

• Must be capable of identifying hidden failure modes, potential recurring industry failure patterns, and high-risk reliability weaknesses affecting throughput, availability, and maintenance costs
