Your role
As a Systems Engineer, you will play a key role in shaping complex systems from concept to delivery. You will work across disciplines, ensuring that solutions are technically sound, well-structured, and aligned with customer requirements.
What you will do
Perform system-level analysis and define requirements for subsystems
Break down complex systems into clear, structured components
Translate system requirements into actionable inputs for engineering teams and suppliers
Coordinate activities across the full system lifecycle
Lead technical alignment between stakeholders, teams, and partners
Contribute to planning, progress tracking, and project reporting
Who you are
A structured and analytical engineer with strong technical understanding
Comfortable working on complex projects with many interfaces
A natural team player who thrives in cross-functional environments
Confident, proactive, and able to take ownership
A clear communicator who can align people and ideas
Your background
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Systems Engineering, Electrical, Mechanical, Aerospace, or similar
Solid experience in systems engineering within complex technical environments
Experience from defence, aerospace, automotive, or similar industries is a strong advantage
Familiarity with systems engineering methods (e.g. INCOSE) is beneficial
Experience with tools such as DOORS, Rhapsody or similar is an advantage

Security Culture and Clearance
We maintain a strong security culture and work systematically to protect people, information and assets. As part of this, relevant candidates will be subject to background checks, and the successful candidate must be eligible for security clearance in accordance with applicable national regulations and industry requirements.
Location
The position is currently based in Nøtterøy, Vestfold, Norway.
In summer 2026, the office will relocate to newly renovated facilities in Skoppum, also in Vestfold, just a short walk from the new train station, set to open in 2026.
