We are looking for an HR Coordinator to join our global HR Operations team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent HR graduate or early-career professional who wants to gain hands-on experience in a structured, international environment.

In this role youll be at the heart of our HR processes, supporting the employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding, maintaining HR data, and ensuring everything runs smoothly.  

You will work closely with experienced HR colleagues across multiple countries, building a strong foundation in HR operations and developing skills that will shape your future career.

What you will be doing

• Supporting day-to-day HR operations by processing requests and maintaining accurate records

• Assisting with the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, changes and offboarding

• Preparing HR documentation and updating HR systems

• Ensuring data accuracy and supporting reporting and compliance activities

• Helping improve HR processes and procedures

Technically speaking…

We know this might be your first HR role, so we`re more interested in your potential than long experience. You might be:

• A recent graduate in HR, Business Administration or a related field

• Someone with a few years of experience in HR or administration.

We`re looking for someone who:

• Has strong attention to detail and enjoys structured work

• Is organised and able to manage multiple tasks

• Is comfortable using Microsoft Office tools

• Has an interest in HR processes, systems and data

• Communicates clearly in written and spoken English

• Is reliable, proactive and eager to learn
